GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is an amino acid produced in the human body that functions as the principal inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. GABA is associated with the parasympathetic side of the autonomic nervous system which balances the sympathetic (fight-or-flight) side.

Toxins, such as mercury, farming chemicals, and even injury such as head trauma, elicit neurotoxic effects through glutamate receptors in the brain (called NMDA-mediated neurotoxicity).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take 2-4 pumps by mouth as needed. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a health care professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, consult a physician before use.
